The business development team at Slalom had a challenge. The client, Starbucks, had what seemed to be a complicated retail life cycle diagram that they needed to be able to use in conversations with construction teams.

We worked together to distill the core points and I created a simple and elegant visual communication piece showing the various potential pathways during a store's existence.
